Michael Nance

Michael Nance is a Co-Founder of 127 Wall.

Michael currently works as a litigator at Bartlit Beck. He previously worked as a litigator at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York, where he focused on merger and acquisition litigation, counseled boards of directors, and conducted internal investigations. Michael served as a law clerk to the Honorable Raymond J. Lohier on the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and the Honorable Edgardo Ramos on the Southern District of New York.

Prior to his legal career, he taught 8th grade students with special needs in Phoenix, Arizona, as part of Teach For America. Michael is a Co-Founder of Yellow Banana, a retail grocery operator with annual revenues of nearly $200 million and over 400 employees.

Michael received his J.D. from Yale Law School and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Morehouse College. Michael currently splits his time between Cleveland and Chicago with his wife, Jbela, and their Goldendoodle, Chai.
