Walker Brumskine

Walker Brumskine is a Co-Founder of 127 Wall.

Prior to co-founding 127 Wall, Walker worked as an investment professional in the Private Equity Group at Apollo Global Management. Earlier in his career, Walker worked as an investment professional at Helios Investment Partners and as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in Washington, D.C.

Walker serves on the Associate Board of HealthRight International, an international organization dedicated to empowering marginalized communities to live healthy lives. He formerly served as the Managing Director of the Liberian Widows Initiative, a West African microfinance group serving the region’s poorest communities. Walker is a Co-Founder and Member of the Board of Directors of Yellow Banana, a retail grocery operator with annual revenues of nearly $200 million and over 400 employees.

Walker received his J.D. from Yale Law School, his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and his B.S., cum laude, from Harvard University. He resides in the Washington, D.C. area with his wife, Ida, and their daughter, Sophia.
